Afterwards, she was reassigned to be Rear Admiral Brovo's aide. Just before the Admiral's retirement, Pike was posted to a JAG office in CINCPAC, however, with a brief assignment at Seatac Island Naval Base, Washington. As a full Lieutenant then, she assisted Lieutenant Rabb in the investigation of stolen military weapons as well as the hostage taking of Lieutenant JG Meg Austin.

Later, Lieutenant Pike informed Harm of the need to cut his leave short in order to investigate the death of a US Navy officer in Okinawa. This eventually led him to board a ship with a new computer system termed ARES. Shortly after, the ARES incident she was transferred to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

She returned in Season 6, this time as a full Commander, and was about to be posted as a senior counsel by Admiral Chegwidden.
